Shipping and Handling:

  • Shipments are made via USPS with a signature required. Please make arrangements to have someone present to receive your packages.
  • Shipping and handling will be added to all orders unless the product specifies that it includes shipping.
  • Please use the Shopping Cart to determine shipping and handling charges.
  • International shipments will have different shipping charges than those shown on the Shopping Cart. We will contact you to approve the shipping charges before we ship.


Thirty Day Return CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY Buy from us with confidence!The products we offer are the best quality available. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please call us for a return authorization. We will then give you the information you need to return items. The product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. To avoid delays in processing your return, we ask you to ship the return back to us using a trackable courier.


Placing an order by Shopping Cart

Most of our products are available to order with our shopping cart, an online ordering system with a secure server.

There, you will find an order button, which may be clicked to add your selection to your shopping cart, and take you to the shopping cart page. On the shopping cart page you may choose the quantity you desire, and for some products choose a special feature such as color or size. At any time before you submit your order, you may add more product selections, put back other products, or cancel your order completely. So, don't be afraid to push the order button and select which products you want to keep when you are finished shopping.From the Shopping Cart Page, you may "Return To Shopping" to add more products or "Finalize Order". Any changes made to the order should be verified by pressing "Recalculate" before clicking on "Finalize Order". Placing an order by telephone
Call us at 1-805-965-3733. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Our hours for ordering by telephone are: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 6 pm (Pacific Standard Time). When placing your order by phone, please make sure to have the following information ready to give to the operator:

  • Your credit card number and expiration date
  • Credit card billing address and name as it appears on your card
  • The address to ship to (if different from above)
  • Also, please have the following information about the items you're ordering:

Back Order Policy
If you live within the Continental U.S., we will not delay your entire order if an item is not in stock. We will ship all that we have, and ship the back-ordered item(s) when they arrive. For Hawaii and Alaska orders, we will delay the shipment until your entire order can be filled.
